and consultancy and provide the services detailed below.
Consultancy
Employment
law and health and safety consultancy services for small to medium
size enterprises and voluntary sector organisations,
including:
- Contracts
of employment: checking and redrafting existing contracts to ensure
they comply with current and forthcoming legislation; drafting contracts
for organisations to suit their individual requirements.
- Ongoing
employment and health and safety advice: sign up for 2 hours support
per month on an annual basis and have ready access to employment law
and human resources specialist advice and support with any staffing
or employment matters.
- Also advice
on: equal opportunities recruitment; health and safety, policies, procedures
and risk assessments; financial risk assessment for voluntary sector
management committee members (trustees).
Training
In-house training: employment
law, disability discrimination, health and safety and trustees/directors
duties for small to medium size enterprises and voluntary sector organisations.
