Employment law and health and safety consultancy services for small to medium size enterprises and voluntary sector organisations, including:

• Contracts of employment: checking and redrafting existing contracts to ensure they comply with current and forthcoming legislation; drafting contracts for organisations to suit their individual requirements.
  
  
• Ongoing employment and health and safety advice: sign up for 2 hours support per month on an annual basis and have ready access to employment law and human resources specialist advice and support with any staffing or employment matters.
  
  
• Also advice on: equal opportunities recruitment; health and safety, policies, procedures and risk assessments; financial risk assessment for voluntary sector management committee members (trustees).
